As our tradition continues, here we are once again spending a Holiday night at the splendor of the Galleria Mall during Christmas. We always go and eat at Mi Cocina (my Dad and my tradition for about 7 or so years now alone but now have added additional people to join us)that is next to the ice-skating ring then off to some shopping to work off our food. We ALWAYS get a star-bucks coffee at some point, but it was a little warm this time and so we broke that tradition. Oh well, we still had a wonderful time!!!! I look forward to this night w/ my family every year!!
